AI systems change, but risk assessments often remain static. This founder-led session is for anyone building, deploying, governing or managing AI who wants to make risk assessment more practical, explainable and connected to the AI product lifecycle.

Apoorva Kumar, Founder & CEO of Riskey, shares what she learned building EthiAI at the intersection of engineering, risk analysis and digital policy. We will explore why spreadsheets and manual checklists become hard to maintain as AI systems evolve, and how organisations can move toward a more continuous approach: structured risk identification and prioritisation, evidence and documentation, dashboards, reassessment triggers, and the role AI itself can play in compliance.

Apoorva will also take you behind the scenes of building EthiAI, from translating EU AI Act requirements into assessment questions and scoring logic to creating reports, managing evidence and making risk visible.
