Urban Sunrise Kayak or SUP on the Liffey

Hey everyone!
We’re kicking off our new outdoor fitness & adventure group with a morning paddle through the Docklands at HQ2O Water Sports (Custom House Quay), followed by coffee and pastries either there or nearby!
Whether you want to try Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) or Kayaking, this is a super relaxed, beginner-friendly way to get out on the water, meet new people, and kick off the week/weekend with high energy.

The Details:

When: Saturday the 10th of october at 8:45 AM (On the water from 9:00 AM)
Where: HQ2O Water Sports Centre, Custom House Quay (IFSC / Docklands)
Activity: ~2-hour session on the water (Kayaks / SUPs available)
Afterwards: Either grab a coffee there, or walk over to a nearby café on the quays for coffee or brunch, and chats at 11:00 AM!

How to Join (2 Quick Steps):

1. Book your gear directly with the rental operator:
Go to the HQ2O Water Sports website https://hq2owatersports.ie/.
Select the 9:00 AM slot for Kayaking/SUP on 10/10/26 and complete your payment directly with them. (Doing this directly on their site guarantees your gear and keeps everything secure!)
2. RSVP on Meetup / Join the WhatsApp Group:
Once your booking is confirmed, hit "Attending" on Meetup so we know who to expect at the meetup point!

What to Bring:

Comfortable sports/swim clothes (wetsuits/buoyancy aids provided by HQ2O)
A change of warm clothes & towel for afterwards (HQ2O has hot showers and changing rooms on site!)
Water bottle & a good vibe!

All skill levels welcome — complete beginners will get a full safety briefing and guidance on the water.
