Discover the Excitement of Underwater Hockey!
Join us for an Underwater Hockey Practice—a unique, fast-paced sport played at the bottom of the pool! No experience needed—just bring your sense of adventure.
We provide loaner gear for new players, but if you already have a mask, snorkel, and fins, feel free to bring them along. You’ll suit up and work as a team to glide, pass, and push a 3-lb puck into the goal.
This session is hosted by the San Diego Sea Dragons Underwater Hockey Club, a friendly community welcoming players of all levels.
Come try something new, get a great workout, and have fun underwater.
We'll meet on deck at 12:45 to gear up, hop in the water around 12:55 to warm up, then will start our practice around 1:00.
PARKING INFO:
Visitor parking will cost around $5 for 2 hours or $4 for 90 minutes. Please download the parkmobile app on your phone now so you'll be ready later.
Visitor parking spaces in lot P510 (map here) are the "safe bet" (about a 5 minute walk to the pool), but if you're feeling lucky, there's street parking along Justice Ln, and a small lot behind the pool. Either way, give yourself plenty of time for your first time there for parking and finding your way around.
There's also a trolley stop for UCSD Central Campus Station just right across the street from the pool.
