Are you ready to fire up your volleyball muscles? Well, you're in the right place! Here's what to expect from VTAG's weekday session:
-(10-15) min: early arrival; get changed and ready to play
• 10-15 min: group welcome and warm up
• 1h and 35 min: games (5:1 rotation)
10 min: cool down and clean up
In both - training and games - players are divided into groups/teams based on their individual skill level. You are expected to have a solid volleyball foundation and knowledge of 5:1 rotation. If in doubt about your skill level, check the guide HERE - or ask us directly\, we're always happy to help you out!
Beginners and lower intermediate players are welcome to join our targeted beginner and lower intermediate trainings which are also scheduled on our portal.
