hiking experience is needed, at least 3 yrs or above hiking experience, and no long term illness and some related diseases,..esp respiratory issue..
Fit, physically strong in general, can endure long time walk/ jog and hiker with hiking shoes (no running shoes allowed)
hours needed: 6-7 hours with rests
