Join us for beautiful Sunday morning yoga under the trees!
You'll find us directly across the road from Chu Bakery near the solo palm tree to the left of the teacher. I will be wearing a green SAGE wristband on the right wrist. Will check messages as much as possible right up until the yoga session starts at 9am. Feel free to message within the event page or privately.
The yoga itself is run by Blooming Happy Yoga and operates on a donation / pay-as-you-feel basis, cash or eftpos.
Everybody is welcome.
Bring a mat if you have one (and a hat), or there are limited mats to borrow at the venue (first-come-first-serve).
This is a beginner-friendly & easy to follow vinyasa class. It's suitable for all levels.
Option to stay afterwards for one or two laps of walking around the lovely Hyde Park... maybe a coffee at the Meeting Place Café or Chu Bakery.
