Little Mount Hoffman Astro CampOut

CDARC is heading to Little Mt Hoffman Lookout for a weekend of Astrophotography, hiking, and swimming in near by Medicine Lake. Mount Hoffman is a retired fire lookout over looking Mount Shasta. Its one of the most fantastic camping locations in California. It is a 5.5 hour drive from East Bay but it worth it!! here's the link to the location The cost is $75 per person. This will cover reservation cost, food for Saturday and Sunday morning. We will be offering a simple, breakfast, lunch and dinner for Saturday and a grab and go breakfast for Sunday morning. The space for cars up at the Lookout is limited so we will work out how to shuttle folks to the top once we have a full signup list. There are a few beds in the lookout but we recommend bringing your own tent and camping gear, including your own cutlery. More info will be posted as we get closer to the date.
