You can have great experience, strong skills and good ideas but if you can’t communicate their value clearly, other people may not see what you bring.

Whether you’re interviewing for a new role, making a case for a promotion, influencing stakeholders or introducing your business to a potential client, the same challenge comes up: how do you communicate your value without sounding rehearsed or like you’re overselling yourself?

In this practical and interactive workshop, career coach and former HR professional Aneta Kantarowska will introduce a simple framework to help you communicate your value clearly and confidently.
You’ll see the framework in action and then have the opportunity to practise it yourself using a real professional situation that is relevant to you.
You’ll leave with a practical tool you can use whenever you need someone to understand what you bring and why it matters.
