You are invited to join us on Saturday 17th October for a day of powerful teaching and gentle practice that is a great opportunity to learn the mindfulness skill-set of Self-Compassion, in the company of a wonderful bunch of friendly, like-minded people!

The workshop itself will run from 11am through to approximately 4pm and is being held at a truly beautiful venue, tucked away in a very serene and peaceful location in NG5. The day will be led and facilitated by two popular and highly experienced mindfulness teachers, Lydia Weston and Shaun Glossop.
