🎃 REAL ESTATE HORROR STORIES

Every experienced real estate investor has a story.
The deal they wish they had never bought.
The contractor who disappeared.
The tenant who turned a rental into a nightmare.
The rehab that blew through the budget.
The title problem nobody discovered until closing.
The partnership that fell apart.
The foundation problem that suddenly appeared.
Or the deal that looked incredible on paper... until it wasn't.
Most real estate meetings focus on the wins.

This meeting is about what happens when things go WRONG.

At our October Alamo REIA Monthly Main Meeting, experienced investors will pull back the curtain and share some of their biggest real estate horror stories.
We'll talk about:

What the deal looked like going in
What went wrong
The warning signs they missed
The mistakes that were made
What those mistakes cost
How they solved the problem
What they would do differently today
What YOU can learn before making the same mistake

Some stories will be funny now.
Some will make you cringe.
Some may make you wonder how the investor ever got out of the situation.
But every story has something valuable buried inside it:
A lesson you don't have to learn the expensive way.

New Investor? You REALLY Need This Meeting.

Learning how successful deals are done is important.
Learning how deals go wrong may be even more valuable.
Before you buy your first rental...
Before you hire that contractor...
Before you enter that partnership...
Before you sign that contract...
Before you wire that money...
Come learn from investors who have already paid the tuition through experience.

Experienced Investor?

You've probably got a horror story of your own.
Come connect with other San Antonio investors, compare experiences, talk deals, build relationships, and learn from mistakes made in the real world.
Because no matter how experienced you become in real estate, there's always another lesson to learn.
The best expensive mistake is the one somebody else already made for you.

Join us Tuesday, October 13 for one of our most different—and probably most entertaining—Alamo REIA Monthly Main Meetings of the year.
