Indonesian Feast 2

We’ be doing our special Indonesian Feast comprising of a sumptuous Nasi Uduk meal with Beef Rendang and Opor Ayam as accompaniments for this October 17th Meetup lunch.

Nasi Uduk Betawi
Nasi Uduk Betawi is the Indonesian equivalent of nasi lemak– steamed coconut rice steamed rice cooked in coconut milk and various herbs. The condiments include Tempeh, ikan bilis, ground nuts, fried omelet, crackers, cucumber, and sambal chili.

Beef Rendang (Limited stock availability)
Beef chunks are cooked with a myriad of herbs and spices for several hours until the flavors are infused into the meat resulting in a tasty treat that is rich, dry and nutty—a good pairing with Nasi Uduk.

Opor Ayam
Opor Ayam is an Indonesian chicken dish cooked in coconut milk with spices and herbs. It tastes delicately rich with fragrant herbs. This dish goes well with Nasi Uduk as well.

The price per pax is ฿380.
