Lindy Dancing

This year's Edinburgh Lindy Exchange takes place Fri 25 - Sun 27 September. Saturday's events include a procession to Princes Street Gardens from Greyfriars Kirk (starting around 13.00) and "Swing outside" which is 2 hours or so of public dancing from 13.30 - 15.30 near the Ross Fountain. N.B. Experience tells me times are flexible! All this is weather dependent of course - last year was a washout! Previous events have brought dancers from near and far and naturally created a lot of public interest. I suggest we treat this as an informal Meetup with photographers coming along at times to suit their own agenda which might include a visit to the EPMG exhibition at the Edinburgh Photographic Society in Great King Street. Due to the flexible nature of the event there will be no organised meeting point pre- or post proceedings. I suggest keeping an eye on the webpages above as things could change!
