What: An easy, social run of around 11 km around the reservoir. My usual pace is about 5'30'' per km, but I'm more than happy to go slower and take breaks. It's all about socialising while exercising!
When: Try to be there around 8:20 am. If the timing isn't convenient, we can adjust in the group chat, but we shouldn't go too late as it will get hot.
Where: MacRitchie Reservoir Amenities Centre (you can find the spot on Maps), next to the public toilet.
Bring: Water, if you need it.
After the run: If you're up for it, we can grab something to eat together.
All paces and experience levels are welcome.
