September Meetup - Software Security in the Age of AI

Welcome to the EdinburghJS September Meetup! We'll be meeting on Tuesday 22nd September, 18:30. Hannes will be delivering a talk on "Software Security in the Age of AI", including AI coding assistants, npm/supply-chain risk, auth/secrets mistakes, startup tradeoffs, real-world failure modes and what actually matters vs security theatre. We will also have a talk from Joshua on Software Bill Of Materials, a quick introduction into SBOMs and what it reveals about the software we ship.
