Phoenix Badminton Basics and Shuttlecock Socials

If you have been wanting to try badminton but were not sure where to start, this is the perfect opportunity to pick up a racket. We are hosting a casual session in Phoenix designed specifically for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. We will spend some time going over basic grips, footwork, and rules, followed by plenty of time to practice with others who are at the same level.

This group is all about meeting new people and getting comfortable with the game at your own pace. You do not need to be an athlete to join us, and we are happy to provide equipment if you do not have your own. Just bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and a willingness to learn.
