Autumn Trees and Crunchy Leaves Slow Walk

We'll start at Mayfair Park Fieldhouse at Sunnyside and Kilbourn. We'll meander north on Kostner Ave and enjoy big trees holding on to the last of their Autumn glory.
That brings us to the west end of Gompers Park where we can pick up the North Branch Bike Trail at mile 0. There's an easy woodland path in the Forest Preserve.

At noon, we'll loop back to our starting point.

78 brings you right to Kilbourne,
OR from the Blue Line Montrose stop, walk east and Kilbourne is the first street after the bridge.
Mayfair Park is one full block north, on Kilbourn and Sunnyside.
