ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us every Saturday morning this October for an informal, refreshing hour of open practice under the morning sky!
Whether you are completely new to tai chi and qigong or have practiced for decades, this is an open, pressure-free space to move, breathe, and connect.
WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE:
Traditional Tai Chi hand forms
Graceful fan and sword forms
Restorative, gentle Qigong sets
Shaped by You: Based on who shows up each Saturday—and what you would like to work on—we will shape our focus for the hour together.
WANT TO COME JUST TO SOCIALIZE & WATCH? YES!
You do not need to practice to attend! Bring a folding chair, settle into the shade, and enjoy the wonderful Tucson autumn weather and friendly company. You are invited to jump in at any time, take a breather whenever you like, or simply relax, watch, and chat with others.
WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable outdoor shoes (flat, supportive footwear)
Water bottle & a light snack
A folding lawn or camp chair (for resting or watching)
Your Tai Chi fan or practice sword (if you have one)
