Full Hunter’s Moon in Taurus: Yoga & Grounding Ritual

Step off the wheel of constant doing and anchor into the earth.

You are warmly invited to join our community for a special 75-minute lunar experience dedicated to the Full Hunter’s Moon in Taurus. Traditionally, the Hunter’s Moon marks a potent time of internal preparation—a sacred pause to sharpen our internal focus and shed what is heavy before the winter months.

When this luminescent moon meets the steady, fixed earth sign of Taurus, the universe gives us a clear directive: slow down, get into your body, and ground yourself.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed by the heightened, chaotic energy of the full moon cycle, this deeply stabilizing hatha flow and ritual is your energetic anchor.

What the 75 Minutes Will Include:
1. The Arrival & Dharma (12 mins): Deeply grounding pranayama (breathwork) and intention-setting to calm your nervous system.
1. The Warm-Up (13 mins): Earth-bound, slow movements focusing on spinal health and releasing tension in the neck and shoulders (the areas ruled by Taurus).
1. The Lunar Flow (25 mins): A steady, rhythmic Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) sequence designed to cultivate physical stability, strength, and single-pointed focus.
1. The "Release & Root" Ritual (5 mins): We will pause to transition from movement to quiet reflection. You will be provided with paper and a pen to write down what you are actively shedding and leaving behind with this Hunter's Moon. We will clear this energy together using a symbolic releasing ritual.
1. The Deep Release (10 mins): Passive, long-held floor shapes and hip openers to physically digest and let go of accumulated stress.
1. The Integration (10 mins): A luxurious, prop-supported Savasana to absorb the medicine of your practice.

Who is this for?
Absolutely everyone. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or unrolling a mat for the very first time, this class is entirely accessible. We focus on sensory comfort, steady alignment, and honouring your own unique inner rhythms.
