Runner’s of all speeds are welcome.
Pick your own distance. Generally, we have runners doing 2, 3 and 4 miles. Some do fartleks. It is that time of year when light colored and / or reflective clothing plus flashlights or headlamps are highly recommended.
AFTER THE RUN, some of us grab a bite to eat before heading home. We select a different place to eat each week and announce it before the run.
On the SECOND WEDNESDAY of every month, we have a post-run get-together. We celebrate birthdays and share our recent races & future race plans. Arrive between 7-7:30 PM.
