October In-Person Book Club - Awareness by Anthony de Mello What if becoming more aware isn’t about fixing yourself, but about waking up to what is already happening within you? In Awareness, Anthony de Mello invites us to look at the beliefs, attachments, expectations and conditioning that can quietly shape the way we experience ourselves, other people and the world around us. For this month's in-person book club, we'll turn the book into Me-Search exploring our own awareness through conversation, reflection and shared perspectives. What are we seeing clearly? What might we have been doing automatically without even realising it? And what becomes possible when we begin to see ourselves, our reactions and our lives with greater awareness? As always, you don't need to agree with everything in the book. Bring your thoughts, your questions and your own perspective. That's where some of our best conversations happen. 📅 Thursday 8th October 2026 ⏰ 10am 📍 Waterstones Manchester, Deansgate Even if you haven't started or finished the book, you're still very welcome to join us.
