Intermediate Hike - Tohickon Valley Park

We will start at the Tohickon Valley Park pool parking lot and head down towards the Tohickon Creek where we will pick up the orange trail. From here we will follow the creek heading towards Ralph Stover State Park. The trail will change to yellow and there will be several opportunities to enjoy the High Rocks Vista. We will continue past the Ralphs Stover Park office and take the white trail all the way down to the water then circle back. We will head back along the yellow trail and then take the blue trail back for a change of scenery. This hike has a few hills to make us feel like we are hiking, and can offer really nice views.

Some sections of the trail are steep and rocky- I suggest well broken in hiking boots with good ankle support. This is approximately 5.5 miles and should take under 3 hours.

A fully charged cell phone is a good idea but service may be spotty.

I love dogs, but not on this hike.
