Bring a towel, some water and wear comfy clothes 💃 Mozart BioGym® is a movement practice inspired by the interaction between music, posture, breathing and human physiology. Mozart's music provides a rhythmic and harmonic structure that naturally supports coordinated movement, body awareness and relaxation.🎶 The method combines functional movement with one of the most extraordinary musical repertoires ever written. A €10 contribution is requested for the session.
