A relaxed wellbeing walk for people who value their health and want time to reconnect — with themselves and with others.

Gentle movement, easy conversation, and fresh air create space to slow down and feel more like yourself again. No agenda, no pressure — just walking, connection, and time to be.

The walk is hosted by a qualified health coach who holds a welcoming, relaxed space. Stay for the optional café social afterwards, or head off when it suits you.

A steady, social walk (approx. 4–5km)

⏰ When
Sundays: 2nd, 3rd & 4th of each month
Meet: 10:30am
Walk starts: 10:40am (approx. 1 hr – 1 hr 15)
Cafe social will finish around 12:15pm

Visitor Centre / Café in the Park
(Near Buchanan Ave / Lichfield St)

Comfortable outdoor clothing, suitable footwear for the weather, and a drink if you’d like.
