ENGLISH — Français ci-dessous
Discover a different side of Brussels — on foot, together.
Our monthly Qigong Walks explore parks, quiet paths and neighbourhoods you might otherwise miss. A chance to see the city differently, meet people and pause for a little Qigong along the way.
This month, we’ll follow the Promenade Verte from Alma to the ponds of Boitsfort through the Woluwe valley — around 9 km of green spaces, paths and neighbourhoods.
We’ll walk at a relaxed pace and, if conditions allow, pause for about 20 minutes of simple Qigong. No Qigong experience is needed.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Sunday 11 October 2026 · Meet at 11:00
Start: Rue Martin V 1, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert — near Alma metro station
Finish: Étangs de Boitsfort
About 9 km · one-way route, not a loop
Allow approximately 4 hours, including breaks and Qigong
English and French · Free
Bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water and a small snack.
WEATHER
The walk goes ahead whenever conditions are reasonable. If the weather is unsuitable for standing practice, we’ll skip only the Qigong session and continue the walk.
