Navigating a career in a foreign country comes with its own unique set of triumphs, culture shocks, and unwritten rules—from mastering direct German communication to balancing high personal ambition with a desire for a grounded, soft life.

This Wednesday evening, we gather around a cozy table at Cucina delle Grazie right by Domplatz to unpack what it really means to be a working woman in Frankfurt. We’ll celebrate our progress, reflect on female empowerment, and share honest, unfiltered thoughts on German workplace culture—what we love, what challenges us, and how we stay true to ourselves through it all.

Over shared plates of Italian comfort food, we’ll open up the floor to a warm, guided discussion:

"Looking back at where you started versus where you are now—what is one professional or personal obstacle you conquered that you’re secretly very proud of?"

"What is one German working habit or style you’ve come to appreciate (e.g., strict Feierabend, radical directness), and what is something you still find challenging?"

"How do you maintain your female soft power, intuition, and boundaries in corporate or high-pressure environments?"

20:30 – 21:00 | Sweet Bites & Wrap-Up
Enjoy a final dessert or tea, share laughs, and head home feeling refreshed for the rest of the week! ✨

Details & Guidelines 🕯️
Budget: Pay directly for your own food and drinks at the venue (~€25–€40).
Intimate Circle: Strictly capped at 6 to 8 members to ensure everyone has space to share around one table.
RSVP & Deadline: The RSVP period closes the night before the event so final table reservations can be secured.
Contribution: We collect a €1 contribution per RSVP to prevent no-shows and partly cover Meetup platform organizer fees.
