Après quelques heures à découvrir le quartier et le festival, nous partirons ensemble vers notre deuxième lieu… 🕯️ Vers 19h00 : place au Candlelight Picnic. Installez-vous sur les couvertures, profitez des bougies et partageons ensemble un apéro français dans un cadre parisien plein de charme. 🌿✨ Que vous veniez seul(e) ou avec des amis, vous êtes les bienvenus. Le point de rendez-vous à Montmartre ainsi que toutes les indications nécessaires seront envoyés par e-mail aux détenteurs de billets le jour même de l’événement. Pensez à vérifier l’adresse e-mail utilisée lors de votre réservation Eventbrite ainsi que vos spams. ⏰ ARRIVÉES & RETARDS Pour profiter pleinement de l’expérience, nous vous conseillons de nous rejoindre dès 16h00 à Montmartre pour la première partie de l’événement. Si vous ne pouvez pas être là à 16h00, aucun souci : vous pourrez également nous rejoindre directement au pique-nique vers 19h00. Les indications précises seront envoyées par e-mail aux détenteurs de billets. Pour profiter pleinement de l’apéro, nous vous conseillons d’arriver au pique-nique entre 19h00 et 19h30. Vous pourrez bien sûr nous rejoindre plus tard, mais l’apéro étant partagé dès le début de la soirée, nous ne pouvons pas garantir que toute la sélection sera encore disponible. Si vous nous rejoignez plus tard, pensez simplement à bien suivre les indications envoyées par e-mail, car il peut être plus difficile de répondre immédiatement aux messages une fois l’événement commencé. 🔒 Les billets ne sont pas remboursables en cas d’arrivée tardive ou si vous ne pouvez finalement pas rejoindre le groupe. 🌦️ EN CAS DE PLUIE Cet événement ayant lieu en extérieur, nous suivrons attentivement les prévisions météo. Si les conditions ne permettent pas de maintenir le pique-nique, l’événement sera annulé et les billets seront remboursés. After a couple of hours exploring the neighbourhood and the festival, we’ll head together to our second location… 🕯️ At around 7:00 PM, it’s time for the Candlelight Picnic. Settle onto the blankets, enjoy the candles and share a French apéro together in a charming Parisian setting. 🌿✨ Whether you come alone or with friends, everyone is welcome. The Montmartre meeting point and all the information you need will be sent by email to ticket holders on the day of the event. Please check the email address used for your Eventbrite booking, as well as your spam folder. ⏰ ARRIVALS & LATE ARRIVALS To enjoy the full experience, we recommend joining us from 4:00 PM in Montmartre for the first part of the event. If you can’t make it at 4:00 PM, no problem — you can also join us directly at the picnic at around 7:00 PM. Exact directions will be emailed to ticket holders. To fully enjoy the French apéro, we recommend arriving at the picnic between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. You’re of course welcome to join us later, but as the food is shared from the beginning of the evening, we cannot guarantee that the full selection will still be available. If you arrive later, please make sure to carefully follow the directions sent by email, as it may be more difficult to reply immediately to messages once the event has started. 🔒 Tickets are non-refundable in the event of a late arrival or if you are ultimately unable to join the group. 🌦️ IN CASE OF RAIN As this is an outdoor event, we’ll keep a close eye on the weather forecast. If conditions don’t allow the picnic to go ahead, the event will be cancelled and tickets refunded.
