Kabutoyama Camping Ground in Nishinomiya city is one of the most popular scenic camping spots in the Kansai area, and anyone can enjoy a real camping experience even if you are a total beginner ! ⛺️
Savor 【KIOG】's original camping lunch while taking in the stunning autumn leaves in full bloom ! 🍁 Let's gather around and cook delicious camping food using real firewood together ! 🔥🪵🍳
Kabutoyama is especially famous in Hyogo prefecture for its breathtaking autumn foliage. After a delicious lunch, let's go for a short hike ! 🥾✨ Right next to the campsite, at “Kabutoyama Shinrin Park” and “Kannoji Temple”, you can immerse yourself in the autumn atmosphere surrounded by vibrant leaves ! 🍁 Take lots of Insta-worthy photos while making wonderful new friends ! 📸💖 Plus, an incredible panoramic view overlooking Nishinomiya city awaits us from the observatory at Kannoji Temple ! 🌅✨
You don’t need to walk on long or steep trails, making this event perfect for hiking beginners ! 🥾✨ First-timers and solo travelers are super welcome ! 🤗💖

※ Please note that we cannot wait for latecomers and will proceed as scheduled, because we must catch the Hanshin bus departing at 9 : 10 AM from the station ! Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive ! 🚌💨

9 : 10 : Depart from Hanshin Nishinomiya Station by Hanshin bus and move to the Kabutoyamataishi bus stop ! 🚌💨 ( ¥260 )
9 : 36 : Arrive at the "Kabutoyamataishi" bus stop !
10 : 00 : Arrive at Kabutoyama Camping Ground ! Let's start cooking camping food together ! 🔥🍳
12 : 00 : Lunchtime ! Savor 【KIOG】's original camping lunch ! 😋 🍖
14 : 00 : Finish lunch and clean up the campsite together ! 🧹✨
15 : 00 : Leave the campsite and stop by Kabutoyama Shinrin Park and Kannoji Temple to view the autumn leaves ! Enjoy a light hike among the beautiful autumn foliage ! 🍁🥾
17 : 00 : Arrive at Hankyu Koyoen Station and wrap up our event ! 🥰✨

◯ Participation fee 💰
2,000 yen
※ Includes the campsite entrance fee ( ¥600 ) and the cost of ingredients for our camping lunch, charcoal, firewood, etc. ( ¥1,400 )
Thank you for your understanding regarding this minimal fee, which we have kept as low as possible despite recent price increases ! 🙇‍♀️
※ Please pay in cash to the organizer on the day of the event.
※ Please cover your own transportation costs and personal drinks separately.

◯ Cancellation conditions
・If the weather forecast on the previous day predicts a 50% or higher chance of rain.
・If there are 3 or fewer participants as of 11 : 30 PM on the previous day.
※ In case of cancellation, an announcement will be posted on this Meetup page by 7 : 00 AM on the day of the event.

◯ Notes 🚨
• Please make sure to click "Going" on this post to reserve your spot ! Guests who are not registered on Meetup cannot attend, so please check your RSVP status before arriving.
• Ingredients for our camping lunch are purchased in advance on the day before the event. If you can no longer join us after signing up, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
※ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the meeting time will incur a ¥1,400 fee for ingredient expenses. Please do not sign up for this event if you do not intend to pay this cancellation fee, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows cause severe financial damage to the organizer. Thank you for your understanding !
※ "NO SHOWS" or last-minute cancellations without prior notice will result in permanent removal and a ban from our group. ⚠️
We’ll take a few lovely group photos to share with everyone, as well as a few short videos ! Names and private accounts will never be tagged when posted on social media. If you prefer not to be in photos or videos, we kindly ask that you skip this event. 📷✨
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies due to health or religious reasons, please send a direct message to the organizer in advance ! We will try to accommodate requests as much as possible ( Note : strict vegan or vegetarian options cannot be catered for ).

特に甲山エリアは、兵庫県内でも屈指の紅葉の名所として知られています。ランチを楽しんだ後は、みんなでプチハイキングへ！🥾✨ キャンプ場のすぐ隣にある「甲山森林公園」や「神呪寺」では、鮮やかな紅葉に包まれた最高の秋の雰囲気を感じることができます！🍁新しいお友達と交流しながら、映え写真をたくさん撮りましょう！📸💖 さらに、神呪寺の展望台からは西宮市街を一望できる圧巻の絶景が私たちを待っています！🌅✨
長距離や急な山道を歩くわけではないので、ハイキング初心者の方にもピッタリのイベントです！🥾✨ 初めてご参加される方も、お一人でのご参加も大歓迎！🤗💖

9：10：阪神西宮駅より阪神バスに乗車し、甲山大師バス停へ移動！🚌💨（ ¥260 ）
9：36：「甲山大師」バス停に到着！
10：00：甲山キャンプ場に到着！みんなでキャンプ飯の調理スタート！🔥🍳
12：00：ランチタイム！【KIOG】特製のオリジナルキャンプランチを堪能！😋🍖
14：00：ランチ終了後、みんなでキャンプ場の片付け！🧹✨
15：00：キャンプ場を出発し、甲山森林公園と神呪寺に立ち寄って紅葉散策！見頃の紅葉の中でプチハイキングを楽しみます！🍁🥾
17：00：阪急甲陽園駅に到着、解散！🥰✨

※ 交通費および個人のお飲み物は各自でご用意ください。

◯ キャンセル条件
・前日の天気予報で降水確率が50%以上の場合。
・前日夜23：30の時点で参加者が3名以下の状態の場合。
※ 中止の場合は、イベント当日の朝7：00までに本Meetupページ上にてお知らせいたします。

◯ 注記 🚨

• キャンプランチの食材はイベント前日に事前買い出しを行います。参加登録後にご都合が悪くなり、ご参加頂けない場合には、少なくとも待ち合わせ時間の24時間前までにRSVPの変更をお願いいたします。
