IMPORTANT: An RSVP on Meetup only shows your interest. It does not register you for the evening, reserve a padel place or count as payment. Both players and non-players need to register through the website. The event information and registration form are currently in Dutch; message Peter if you need help.

On Sunday, 22 November 2026, we’re hosting our first Community Night at PadelCasa Utrecht. We’re building a welcoming community for LGBTQIA+ and queer people, allies and everyone who shares our inclusive spirit. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Come on your own or with others: you don’t need a padel partner or to know anyone beforehand.

THE PROGRAMME

From 5:30 PM: arrive, settle in and meet people.

6:00–7:00 PM: a playful padel clinic, Spikeball and a creative workshop. These are drop-in activities: you can join different activities and move between them. You’re welcome to take part even if you’re not playing padel later.

7:00–9:00 PM: padel in changing combinations. Not playing? Stay for conversation, watch the games and enjoy the social side of the evening.

Afterwards: a festive finale with Boots, lipsync, a short music bingo and music, with time to chat and enjoy the evening together. Final programme timings will follow.

CHOOSE HOW YOU JOIN

🎾 Padel + community evening: €26.50

🌈 Community evening without padel: €13.50

Both options include a welcome drink, two further drinks and simple snacks. Vegetarian options are available; tell us about dietary requirements in the registration form.

A maximum of 32 people can play padel. Availability and any waiting-list options are managed through the website registration form, not through Meetup. You can also join the evening without playing padel.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Free parking. Changing cubicles are available; there are no showers. Racket hire is €3.50 per hour, excluding the deposit. Bring suitable sports shoes if you’re joining the sporting activities.
