This is Fascism—Rosan Smits

This is the most important book we’ll be reading this year. In the face of emerging fascism, this fucking shit needs to be defeated by turning political apathy into action: by reading and watching key sources, discussing them with others, continuing the conversation with family and friends, and mobilising ourselves. Democracy can only survive with well-informed citizens.

For this particular reading, I want to include even those who may not finish the book. Because if you’re not concerned about what’s going on, you’ll soon understand why you should be. We are dealing with an abominable, destructive force — and it’s spreading quickly!

It’s a short read. No jargon. No fluff. And if you can’t make the date, be an ambassador for the truth among those around you. Disinformation is a deadly virus!
