The festival of light is an annual event consisting of a short walking tour of 13 art installations based around the Pierhead area. Some are better than others and i find that it makes more sense after a drink. Hence the plan for tonight will be to take in a couple of pubs whilst walking round the route.

Meet at Thomas Rigbys at 6pm, aiming to set off about 6.30pm.
