This Lillah: The Game of Life workshop with Eu G is part of Minifesti La Mutable, a day of movement, wellbeing and community activities.

What if life were a game… and we could learn to play it differently?

Lillah is a journey of self-discovery and expanded awareness through yoga, movement, reflection and play. Step out of autopilot for a while, notice where you are, discover what moves you and explore life from a different perspective.

We will use yoga to feel at home in the body, reflection to explore the game of life, and humour and fun to help us take ourselves less seriously. Growth can also happen through play.

A space to move, laugh, question, surprise yourself and discover new possibilities. Feel like playing?

Price: €15 for one workshop, €25 for two, €35 for three, €45 for four or €55 for five. Full-day pass: €60.

¿Y si la vida fuera un juego… y pudiéramos aprender a jugarla de otra manera?

Lillah es un viaje de autoconocimiento y expansión de la conciencia a través del yoga, el movimiento, la reflexión y el juego. Una invitación a salir del piloto automático por un rato, mirar dónde estás, descubrir qué te mueve y experimentar la vida desde otro lugar.

Utilizaremos el yoga para habitar el cuerpo, la reflexión para observar el juego de la vida, y el humor y la diversión para no tomarnos demasiado en serio. Crecer también puede ser jugar.
