Topic : How to build your own Ai chief of staff
Speaker: Daniel Dumani
Overview: I got tired of being my own bottleneck, so I built an AI Chief of Staff that actually runs my business ops — inbox, calendar, CRM, meeting prep, follow-ups, all of it. I'll show you how I set up an open-source agent framework (Hermes) so it lives in Slack, knows my business, and nags me before I forget things. No slides-theory, just the real setup and what actually works.
Going to How to build an AI Chief of Staff? Ask me anything about it.
I read the organiser's pages and answer in a few seconds.
