Most people use AI to answer questions. Power users use it to get work done: the branding, research, site changes and busywork that normally means hiring someone or learning a new skill.

This is a live demo and discussion session on using AI tools effectively to solve real business problems. We’ll build things on screen, show what’s worth doing with AI today, and talk about how to get the same results in your own work. Bring the tools you already use and the problems you deal with day-to-day.

We’ll explore:

Branding a business from scratch. Take one idea all the way through naming, positioning, logo and domain name research, live, in a single sitting.
Modifying a live website, to make it work better for you. Create a user script that enhances a site you don’t control, and keep the improvement for future visits.
Delegating whole jobs. Why giving AI a complete task gets better results than asking it questions, and how to brief it.
Where AI pays off. How to spot the work in your week worth handing off, and how to tell whether it helped.
Knowing when to step in. Where AI output needs a human check, and how to test its work before you rely on it.

No prior background assumed. If you run a business, lead a team, or just keep running into tasks you don’t know how to do, this is for you.

Afterwards we usually continue over dinner nearby, a good chance to connect with fellow builders and practitioners.
