Swim, Sauna and Steam | Aston University
Book via the Sport Aston App on their website. Prices are around £5 for swimming and £10 for steam and sauna, depending when you arrive.

What to Expect:
Just turn up for a swim, steam and sauna session and meet others while you're there, and go for a snack/drink after. Or if you don't know other members, arrange to arrive together or meet in reception or by the lockers. If anyone wishes to be a contact point, then great. Though phones/devices and water aren't best buddies!

In Future:
We usually have similar events advertised on the 3nd Monday of each month, so please feel free to join regularly!
