Diarmuid Kelly is Chief Financial Officer, Europe at Schroders Greencoat, with more than 20 years’ experience across real assets, investment management and finance. He joined Schroders Greencoat in 2023 and is part of the senior management team responsible for Greencoat Renewables plc, which listed on the JSE’s AltX market in June 2025 before transitioning to a dual primary listing on the JSE Main Board in May 2026. Previously, he was CFO of dual-listed Sirius Real Estate, following earlier senior roles in sovereign wealth and private equity. He is an ACCA Fellow and a graduate of the University of Exeter.
