Saturday is our relaxed weekly social night.
The venue has three different social spaces, so you can choose the atmosphere that feels right for you.

🎯 1F｜Social + Darts + Music

Most people love downstairs.
Grab your included drink, meet the group, play darts, listen to music, or simply talk.
Compared with the karaoke floor upstairs, 1F is quieter and better for conversation.

🌙 Outdoor Area｜Chat & Chill

Want somewhere even quieter?
Step outside for a more relaxed conversation away from the music.

🎤 2F｜Karaoke

Want more energy?
Head upstairs for karaoke, music, and a livelier group atmosphere.
You don’t have to sing.
You can join the group, watch, or move back downstairs anytime.

Talk downstairs. Chill outside. Sing upstairs.

This is a social event focused on friendship — not a structured language exchange.
The goal is simple

🌃 After 10 PM｜Make Your Own Plans

Saturday has no organized host-led afterparty.

But if you meet people you click with, feel free to make plans together afterward.
People sometimes decide to:

🍜 Get late-night food
🍻 Have another drink
🎶 Go to MAJI Square or Xinyi
☕ Find somewhere quieter to keep talking

Transportation, additional drinks, and any venue entrance fees afterward are not included.

Tickets remain NT$400 per person.
Come together as two and receive:

🍷 Friday Plans?

We also host a Friday Solo Travelers & Expats Social + Hosted Night Out.
After the Friday social, our local host usually leads anyone who wants to continue to MAJI Square in Yuanshan or a DJ bar in Xinyi.

❓ FAQ

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many people do.
Our hosts will welcome you and help with introductions.

Where can I meet people in Taipei on Saturday night?

Taipei Weekend Social runs every Saturday at MTB TeaBar in Da’an District from 7:30–10:00 PM.
It’s a hosted international social night with drinks, darts, karaoke, and spaces for both lively and quieter conversations.

Is this only for travelers and expats?

No.
International students, working holiday visitors, business travelers, newcomers, remote workers, and Taiwanese locals are all welcome.

Is this a language exchange?

No.
English and Mandarin are naturally spoken, but there are no language tables or lessons.
The focus is meeting people and making friends.

Do I have to sing karaoke?

No. 🙂
You can stay downstairs, sit outside, play darts, talk, or head upstairs for karaoke.

Do I need to drink alcohol?

No.
Non-alcoholic drinks are available and can also be chosen as your included drink.

How much is it?

NT$400 per person, including one drink.
Two people arriving together also receive 2 × NT$50 drink discount tokens.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and card payments.
💵 Cash is recommended if possible — it makes check-in faster and helps you get into the event more quickly.
Card payment is also available.

What happens after 10 PM?

There is no organized afterparty on Saturdays.
If you meet people you get along with, you’re welcome to make plans together afterward.

✨ 週六晚上怎麼玩？

場地有 三種不同的社交空間。
你可以依照自己的個性和當下心情，選擇最舒服的方式認識人。

🎯 1F｜聊天＋Darts＋Music

大部分人會先從一樓開始。
可以拿一杯門票包含的飲品、玩飛鏢、聽音樂，也可以坐下來慢慢聊天。
相較於二樓 Karaoke，一樓比較安靜，更適合好好聊天、認識新朋友。
主持人也會在現場協助介紹彼此、幫忙破冰。

🌙 戶外區｜Chat & Chill

如果想找更安靜的地方聊天，可以到戶外區。
很適合剛好遇到聊得來的人，離開音樂後好好聊一下。

🎤 2F｜Karaoke

想熱鬧一點，就上二樓。
可以唱歌、聽音樂、跟大家一起玩。
完全不用一定要唱歌。
想安靜一點時，也可以隨時回到一樓或戶外區。
想聊天 → 一樓
想更安靜 → 戶外區
想熱鬧 → 二樓 Karaoke
自己選擇最舒服的社交節奏。

活動現場不會打匹克球。

週六 沒有固定主持人帶隊續攤。
如果現場剛好遇到聊得來的人，很歡迎大家自己約：

❓ 常見問題

一個人來會很尷尬嗎？

不會。
很多人第一次都是自己來，主持人會主動 welcome，也會幫忙介紹其他人。

我本來就住台北，也適合嗎？

很適合。
尤其如果你想跳出固定生活圈、認識一些不同背景的人。

這是語言交換嗎？

不是。
中文、英文都很常出現，但沒有語言桌或固定交換流程。
重點是 認識人、交朋友。

一定要唱 Karaoke 嗎？

不用。
你可以待在一樓聊天、玩飛鏢、去戶外區，或上二樓唱歌。

不喝酒可以嗎？

可以。
現場有無酒精飲品，也可以選作門票包含的飲料。

門票多少？

每人 NT$400，包含一杯飲品。
兩人同行另有 2 張 NT$50 加點飲品折扣代幣。

可以怎麼付款？

現場可以使用 現金或刷卡。
💵 如果方便，建議準備現金，報到會比較快，也能更快入場。
如果想刷卡也可以。

10 點之後會去哪？

週六沒有固定帶隊續攤。
如果遇到聊得來的人，可以自己約下一站。
