🦃PMINJ Thanksgiving Volunteer & Fundraiser: Giving Back Together 🙏

Volunteer at the Hands of Hope food pantry this Thanksgiving season. Connect with fellow PMINJ members while making a direct impact for local families.

What’s in It for You

Help Local Families: Support community members in need through hands-on service.
Double Your Financial Impact: Registration fees act as a direct donation. PMINJ is matching every net dollar (after Meetup and PayPal fees) up to $5,000, which means Hands of Hope could receive $10,000.
Build PMINJ Connections: Work side-by-side with fellow chapter members, expanding your local professional network while giving back.

What You Will Be Doing
Volunteers power every stage of distribution alongside PMINJ team members:

Packing & Assembly: Fill food bags with essential items for distribution.
Logistics & Traffic: Direct incoming vehicles to ensure smooth parking and flow.
Direct Distribution: Transport and load packaged food into vehicles.
Team Operations: Tackle real-time operational tasks alongside fellow chapter members.

Shift Details
We are looking for volunteers to cover shifts of at least 2 to 4 hours. Of course, you are more than welcome to stay for the entire day! Please let us know your availability by answering the RSVP question when you sign up.

Can’t Make It or Want to Give Extra?
If you cannot attend in person or wish to contribute beyond your registration fee, donate directly through the Hands of Hope 2026 Fund Drive. PMINJ will match those contributions toward our $5,000 goal!
