This event is all about slowing down and appreciating the technical skill and patience required to create exceptional artisan cheese. We will walk through the fundamentals of the craft, discuss how to source the best local ingredients, and share some troubleshooting tips for those of you working on your own batches at home.

The goal is to keep things relaxed and collaborative. We will have a small selection of cheeses to sample while we talk through the aging process and flavor profiles, making this a great opportunity to connect with others in the area who share an interest in traditional food preservation.
