Want to build an AI agent?
My name is Rahul Thota and I am the founder and CEO of an AI Solutions company - Akaike Technologies.
For the first Jersey City AI Meetup session, I’m going to build an AI agent live from scratch. I’ll walk through how I think about the problem, the components involved, and the decisions along the way.
Bring your laptop and build alongside me, or simply follow the session, ask questions, and join the discussion.
What we’ll do
Understand what we’re building and why
Build a practical AI agent together, step by step
Test it and see where it breaks
Discuss how the approach could be adapted to other use cases
Leave time for questions and conversations with other attendees
You don’t need prior experience building AI agents.
Format: In person at WorkSocial, Jersey City + online via Google Meet
Duration: 90 minutes
Bring a laptop if you’d like to build along. I’ll share any setup requirements with registered attendees before the session.
This is the first hands-on session from Jersey City AI Meetup. If people find it useful, I’d like to make these build-alongs a recurring series.
