Fall is the perfect time to build some base endurance. Your foundational base training will help you have your strongest season yet next year.
Join us for this 10-week progressive series culminating in a century to celebrate the winter solstice. Unlike our more formal progressive training series, these rides will have minimal ride leadership, so riders should feel confident navigating a route on RWGPS.
Drop bar bikes recommended. Make sure your bike is in good, working condition. Please be prepared with tools for roadside repair. Have two bottles or hydration system as well as enough calories for 3-4 hours total.

40.5 miles; 2,643' of elevation gain
Pace: 13-15 mph average (intermediate+)
