Build Your Own AI Chatbot with Amazon Bedrock

Build a working AI chatbot in under 2 hours — no coding experience, no AWS account, no cost. In this hands-on workshop you'll use Amazon Bedrock (AWS's AI platform, with Claude Sonnet 4.5 under the hood) and Claude Code, an AI coding assistant that writes the code for you. You'll leave with a chatbot that runs in your browser and remembers the conversation — built by you. If you can copy-paste and type a sentence, you can do this. CS/IT students will pick up Bedrock's Converse API and MCP along the way; everyone else gets to build something real with AI.
