The role of good UX in the age of AI apps

In the age of AI, building an app has never been more accessible. Vibe-coded products are appearing everywhere, all competing for the same limited resource: the user’s attention.

But getting an app built is only the beginning. Does the first experience make sense? Can users quickly understand the product value and know what to do next?

For our next ProductTank Slovenia event, we will be joined by Amedea Derenda and Tina Krnjić from Product Audit. They will share how they approach product and UX audits, and why looking at a product through the user’s eyes can reveal opportunities that teams often miss.

They will present a case study on improving onboarding for a mobile app. Together, we will explore how small friction points, unclear decisions, and unnecessary complexity can shape the experience before users discover the product’s value.

We will also make the session interactive. We are inviting volunteer product makers to put their app in the spotlight for a lighthearted Product Audit treatment: a small taste of the questions and observations that can help you see your product with fresh eyes.
