Bear Creek park sunset hike +/- 6 miles pre-Halloween

We will hit the trail 5 minutes after the event start time. I'll chat abut about NEO and the trails. This will be a hike along flat dirt trails and some old dirt/gravel roads.

There are some reminents of the old town [Hillendahl-Eggling (Bluelight) cemetery] and farms along these trails. The trail will pass over Patterson road near the Langham creek Bridge (said to be haunted by soldiers https://frightfind.com/haunted-patterson-road-bridge/) Sunset is at 6:51pm-ish.

If it has rained recently (muddy trails), to the hike date, we can hike the park itself along the asphalt driveways and checkout the aviary.

There is a restroom between Pavillions 7 & 8.

Kids are welcome, but be sure you know your child's physical capabilities. Also, please bring a snack and plenty of water for them.

Dogs are welcome but must be friendly, and they must stay on a leash at all times...no exceptions. There will be multiple dogs, so be sure they are not dog aggressive
