Emmaus and Red Lion

An easier ride making the most of the shorter days.
Starting at Widewater lagoon heading to coffee at Emmaus after approx 5miles. Crossing Old Shoreham Road at the light controlled junction.
A further 14 miles to lunch at The Rising Sun in Upper Beeding via devils Dyke.
An easy ride then back to Shoreham Tollbridge.
24 miles in total, a mix of road and graded tracks suitable for most bikes.

Guests welcome - we have a form they need to complete to confirm they are happy with our policies.
Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and you have sufficient equipment to make at least puncture repairs. All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and getting home if bike cannot be repaired roadside. The first aid provisions are no different from if you were riding on your own or informally with friends.
