An Evening of Archery

Come along Thursday and shoot some arrows with us at Sarasota Archers!

What to Expect:

No Gear Required: You do not need to buy any equipment to attend. The club provides a limited supply of recurve bows, arrows, and target setups specifically for beginner use.

The Format: These are walk-in group sessions rather than a rigid multi-week course. You will be shooting on a coordinated firing line alongside other beginners. Certified instructors or volunteer club members handle the instruction, focusing heavily on range safety commands, basic stance, and consistent drawing techniques.

Volume over Strict Coaching: Because it is a large public group, the structure favors dynamic practice. You will get to shoot a relatively high volume of arrows during the two-hour block rather than receiving constant, minute adjustments to your form.
