Mothership Monday: Life on Prospero's Dream

Prospero's Dream is a massive space station of 8 million inhabitance. It's haphazard, disorganized, overcrowded, and deeming with hustlers and criminals of all stripes. But it's a thriving hub.

As a new recruit of the Tempest Mercenary Company you stand in a good position to bank serious credits and make powerful connections.

Life on the Dream is good - as long as you can pay. And in the end, everybody pays.

About the Scenario
The trail of the Three Kings has led deeper into the Dream’s underbelly than Tempest Co. anticipated. A name has surfaced — a contact operating outside official channels, moving information and services in the shadows of Doptown’s already volatile streets.

The Q-Team quarantine tightening around the ward isn’t slowing things down. If anything, the pressure is building. The general strike threat from Union leadership hasn’t cooled, the airlock to Doptown is a powder keg on double shifts, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, a hacker named Taniko knows more than he should.

Tempest Co. wants the Three Kings. Finding them means going through a Slug-addicted hacker who's dealing outside his own organization. Why is a Canyon.Heavy hacker involved and what's being kept off record?

The truth lies in Doptown. Your probationary status is still on the line. The clock is ticking. Try not to start a war down there.

We’ll be continuing our Mothership Monday series incorporating components of A Pound of Flesh and Wages of Sin.

About the Table
2-5 players needed for this session.

No experience required, no preparation necessary. Character creation will be quick and pre-gens will be available. If you've got a surviving character from a previous Mothership Monday session - you're welcome to bring them back!

Play materials will be provided for anyone who needs. If you have a dice preference, Mothership is a d100 'roll-under' system.

All players are welcome. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly table. Mothership is space-horror and safety tools will be used in play.

About the Venue
We'll be playing at Collect.gg on US19 and 30th Ave North, St. Pete.

This is a new venue for me - so until I'm familiar with the Monday crowd, I'll arrive before our scheduled start time to secure a spot.
