The summer read this year is Caro Claire Burke's debut novel, "Yesteryear", a dark satire of a tradwife who one day wakes up in what seems to be the actual 1800s. This book has become an English-language publishing juggernaut, omnipresent in bookshops and booktok; The Washington Post has called it "this summer's must-discuss book". So let's discuss it! The meetup will take place at the main Deichman library in Bjørvika. If anyone is interested, we can continue the conversation afterward over drinks at a nearby pub!
