Claim your space and stop playing small!

An invitation to consciously reconnect with ourselves through meditation, mindful walking and practical exercises that will open the space to explore our personal boundaries and the way we interact with others and the world around us.

We will nudge the deconstruction of beliefs and patterns that shape the way we move and position ourselves as women in this world and society.

The call of the worrioress can be frightening. You don’t need to answer just now - but start listening!

It’s not about fighting, war and domination. It’s about integrating our masculine to complete our feminine human experience and power.

Feel yourself. Feel your boundaries. Claim your space. And give yourself permission to do so!

The circle is completely free — offered in the spirit of mutual and selfless support.
