4K Slow Run@5 Beaches: Castle Peak Beach to Golden Beach

Meeting Point: Yau Oi Sports Centre (友愛體育館), inside the G/F main lobby (please see the attached photos) Join us for a relaxing evening jog exploring 5 beautiful beaches in Tuen Mun! We offer two distance options so you can choose what works best for you. Option A (4 km – 5 km): We will start at Yau Oi Sports Centre and jog to Castle Peak Beach (青山灣), Kadoorie Beach (加多利灣), Cafeteria Old Beach (舊咖啡灣), Cafeteria New Beach (新咖啡灣), and finish at Golden Beach (黃金海岸泳灘) at Dolphin Square. From there, you can walk or run to take a minibus/bus back to Yau Oi Sports Centre. Option B (8 km): Follow the exact same route to Golden Beach, then run all the way back to Yau Oi Sports Centre. Pace: Relaxed, easy jog at 7.5 – 8.0 min/km How to Get to the Meeting Point From Tuen Mun MTR Station (Exit B) : About a 10-minute fast walk. Head straight out of Exit B, walk through Tuen Mun Park, and go under the bridge. Turn the corner, and you will see Yau Oi Sports Centre. (\See the reference photo in the album.\) By Bus: Take a bus (many choices) to the Goodview Garden (豐景園) bus stop. The sports centre is just a 3-minute walk from there. What to Bring Lockers: Please bring a $5 coin if you plan to use the public lockers. \Changing rooms and hot water showers are available at the sports centre.
