Autumn Equinox Women's Circle When: Sunday, September 20th • Arrive between 9:00 AM-10:00 AM Formal circle 10:00 AM-12:30PM Food/Drink/Socializing 12:30 PM-til Where: Cavallo Point Lawn What: Join us for an intentional morning gathering to honor the Autumn Equinox—a seasonal threshold inviting us to reflect on transition, balance, harvest, gratitude, and release. Together, we’ll create a nature-centered circle to connect more deeply with ourselves, one another, and the changing season. We’ll reflect on what we want to keep and/or call in for fall, as well as, what we’re ready to leave behind as we enter this half of the year. Most importantly, this is simply a space for us to get to know one another a little better and begin to co-create this circle. Flow of the Circle 9:00-10:00 — Arrival + Creating Circle Arrive at the Cavallo Point Lawn and add your blanket/cushion to the circle. This is a great time to do any foraging for any items in the natural environment to be added to the altar, begin introductions, and start grounding into the space. 10:00-10:15 — Creating the Altar We’ll begin by silently co-creating our center altar with meaningful objects, plants, flowers, stones, crystals, and other offerings brought by the group. The intention here is to go from the outside world to the world within the circle. 10:15-10:30 — Chakra Meditation Settling into our bodies, the earth, and the space together. I will lead a10 minute guided meditation. This time is an invitation to go from the outer world to your own inner world with intention and curiosity. 10:30-10:45 — Intention Ritual Each person will anonymously write an intention, wish, affirmation, or offering for another woman in the circle and place it into our basket. 10:45-11:30 — Artifact Intro + Sharing We’ll introduce ourselves through the artifact we brought and explore what this season of transition, harvest, balance, and release means to each of us. 11:30-12:00 — Oracle Reading I will lead a collective oracle reading from my “Woodland Wardens” Oracle deck with space for reflection and sharing. 12:00-12:30 — Co-creating Our Circle Discussion and voting on frequency, circle agreements, service positions, etc. each person will have the opportunity to share and vote. 12:30-12:35 — Closing the Circle Closing the circle with hand rubbing and each person will choose one of the intentions from the basket to carry with her out of the circle and into the new season. 12:35-til — Tea, Food + Community We’ll close the formal circle and leave space to eat, drink tea, talk, and spend time together as desired. This is a great time to share any offerings you bring. Offerings -Sanaz may be bringing a fennel tea offering for everyone. -Anyone who feels called is welcome to bring an offering for the group—food, tea, art, flowers, music, or anything else you’d like to share. -There is absolutely no obligation to bring an offering. What to Bring -An artifact that represents you, something meaningful about where you are right now, or what you hope to bring to/gain from this circle -Blanket -cushion (optional) -Journal + pen -Any sustainably and respectfully gathered plants, flowers, rocks, sticks, leaves, etc. from the local environment for our center altar -Crystals or other meaningful totems for the altar, if desired -Food/drink for yourself and/or something to share What to Wear -Something comfortable that makes you feel beautiful, confident, and like yourself. -Most importantly- come exactly as you are- all are welcome.
